You tell us which Pokémon cards you want. We watch their Cardmarket listings around the clock and alert you the moment something worth seeing happens: a brand-new listing, a price drop, or a price at or under your personal target. You act before the crowd. That's the whole product, and everything below explains the moving parts.
How tracking works
You add a card. Paste any Cardmarket card URL (or tap Track on a Popular or Grail card). You choose the language and minimum condition you care about, and we watch exactly that.
We scan on a smart schedule. Our scanner checks your cards around the clock, watching fast-moving cards more often and quiet ones less. The status line at the top of your dashboard tells you honestly where things stand: Live, Watching, or Paused.
New cards queue first. A just-added card reads "Queued for first scan" until its first check, then prices, listing counts and deals appear. New cards are also locked against removal for a short window (with an hours countdown) while we capture a clean price baseline.
Everything updates itself. Prices, charts, deals and alerts all flow from the scans. You never refresh anything manually.
Your cards, explained
What every part of a card tile means.
Cheapest is the lowest live listing price in your chosen language and condition, with obvious junk listings filtered out. The listings pill links straight to the card's Cardmarket page.
Target price is your personal buy line. Set it with one tap using presets (Fair, Good deal, Bargain, Crazy deal, all computed from the card's real market level) or type your own. Once set, we only alert you when a listing lands at or under it, and the tile lights up gold the moment that happens. No target means you hear about everything.
"First listing in Xd" is the rare-appearance badge: a card that had no new listings for a week or more just got one. Scarce cards resurfacing are often the best moments to act.
The ⋮ menu holds Rename (your own label for the card) and Remove.
Alerts and notifications
What we send, and every place it arrives.
What triggers an alert: a brand-new listing on a card you track, a price drop on an existing listing, and (if you set one) only listings at or under your target price. New listings matter as much as deals: being first lets you message the seller for photos and judge the condition before anyone else has even seen the listing.
The same alert reaches you in three places at once, and you choose which to use:
In the app. The bell at the top right holds your alert feed, and fresh alerts also pop up on screen while you're here, so you never need to go looking. Tap any alert to jump straight to messaging the seller on Cardmarket.
Email. A rich summary with card photos, market context and one-click links. Set your alert email in the Account tab.
Push to your phone (ntfy). Instant notifications on iPhone or Android through the free ntfy app, no account needed. Setup takes two minutes in the Account tab. This is the fastest channel and the one serious hunters run.
Use one channel or all three. Push for speed, email for the record, in-app for when you're already here.

Underpriced listings our scanner spots across every card we watch, not just yours. Fairness rule: people tracking a card always get their alert first, and a deal only enters this feed once it has been live for 3+ hours. How many you see is set by your plan (1 on Free, 3 on Collector, 6 on Hunter, 12 on Trader, 20 on Elite), and the feed rotates through the day so it stays fresh.

Popular cards to track are the most actively traded cards on our scanner that you're not watching yet, each one a single tap to start tracking. Grails is our curated list of the modern chase cards collectors dream about, from Moonbreon to alt-art Charizards. Grails aren't scanned until someone tracks one, so tapping Track is what brings a grail to life.
Activity and the pulse line
The line under your stats summarises the last 24 hours on your cards. The activity feed below your cards shows every event we spot: new listings (grouped when a card gets many at once), price moves up and down, and "Sold or removed", which tells you how fast your market really moves, because a listing that vanishes usually sold.
Insights
Portfolio value charts what it would cost to buy one copy of everything you track, day by day. Market movers shows the biggest price swings across every card we scan in the last 7 days. Each tracked card also gets its own price-history chart. All three deepen automatically every day as our nightly snapshots accumulate.
Membership and limits
Your tier sets how many cards you can track (1 on Free through 50 on Elite) and how many hot deals you see. Everything else, every alert type and every channel, is included on every plan. Every new account starts with a 10-day Collector trial: 3 card slots, no payment details. When it ends, the Free plan keeps your first card tracked forever and any extra cards pause until you upgrade. Full details live in the Membership tab.
How to get ahead of the competition
The playbook our sharpest users follow.
Track the cards you actually want. Grails first. The tighter your list, the more every alert matters.
Set a target price on each card. Use the Bargain preset if unsure. Your alerts go quiet until a listing is genuinely worth your attention, and the tile lights up gold when one lands.
Move fast on new listings. The moment one pings, open it and message the seller for photos. You're judging condition before the crowd even sees the listing, and the best copy at a fair price beats an average copy at a discount.
Read the deal before you buy. Check the condition, the seller's country, and how long it's been live. A real bargain rarely survives a day.
Watch the activity feed. A "first listing in 20 days" badge on a scarce card is your moment. "Sold or removed" rows tell you how fast your market really moves.
Check Insights weekly. The portfolio line and market movers tell you when to strike and when to wait.
FAQ
What does a target price do?
It puts your alerts on a leash. Set a target on a card (or pick a preset like Bargain, computed from the current market) and we only notify you when a listing lands at or under that price. No target means you hear about every new listing and price drop. The card tile also shows how far the current cheapest is from your target, and lights up gold when it's hit.
Why do new-listing alerts matter if the price is normal?
Condition. Two copies at the same price can be worlds apart, and photos tell you which. Being first to a fresh listing means you can message the seller for pictures and lock in the best copy while everyone else is still waiting to spot it. For higher-value cards this is often worth more than a discount.
Which marketplaces do you track?
Cardmarket today, every card you add is watched there. eBay listings are coming soon, so the same alerts will cover both marketplaces.
How fast are alerts?
We scan your cards on a smart schedule and watch the fast movers more often. New listings and price drops are usually sent within minutes of our scanner spotting them, across every channel you've enabled at once.
Push or email, what's the difference?
Push (through the free ntfy app) is instant on your phone and the fastest way to win a race for a card. Email is a rich record with photos and market context, better for reviewing at your desk. In-app alerts are always on. Use whichever mix suits how you hunt; they all carry the same alerts.
Why doesn't a new card show prices yet?
A card reads "Queued for first scan" until our next check. Its cheapest price, listing count and any deals appear right after that, usually within the hour.
Why can't I remove a card straight away?
New cards are locked for a short window (you'll see an hours countdown) while we set up tracking and capture a price baseline. You can remove them as soon as it lifts. Just-added cards have a short grace period in case you pasted the wrong one.
Why do some cards show a shimmering placeholder instead of a photo?
Card artwork comes from an independent card database matched by name and set number. A handful of very new or unusual cards aren't in it yet, so we show the card's name on the holo placeholder instead. Your price data is unaffected.
Is CardTracker affiliated with Pokémon or Cardmarket?
No. CardTracker is an independent tool. Card names and images are used only to identify the cards you track.
